Qualifications for a Strategic Alliance include:
1. It must provide ICAL National Coalition Members with services to enhance and advance the discipling of nations.
2. The Alliance must have a team to accomplish the service/mission.
3. It must be able to promote and teach about the service/mission.
4. The Alliance leaders must operate in integrity and fulfill the mission with excellence.
These alliances will be maintained as long as the leaders of the alliance remain in good standing according to the Word of God and the ICAL International Advisory Council and actively and honorably serve ICAL Coalition members.
