Rock City Church Feeding Thousands in Baltimore

USCAL member, Bart Pierce, Senior Leader of Rock City Church in Baltimore, Maryland reports:

Our food program - A Can Can Make a Difference (CCMAD) has been feeding people and supplying church pantries in our area, and in many other states, for the past 35 years. So, this day [Coronavirus] did not catch us unaware! We are currently supplying between 35,000 and 40,000 families per month with food.

So many companies are sending us food, it’s amazing! Chick-fil-A, Red Lobster, Panera’s and on and on. Farms are shipping us fresh produce by the tractor trailer loads. Our warehouse is humming with activity every day.

We had to close down our day school during this national shut down, but because we are a state approved child-care center, we have re-opened our school as a ‘first responder’ child-care center. We are open to the first responder families at our free child-care five days a week!

This has brought the unsaved, and people that had walked away from God, back to the House of God! One of our delivery truck drivers prayed with a volunteer and gave his heart to the Lord! It’s a great day to be the Ecclesia, alive and doing His business!

Thanks for all your prayers,

Bishop Pierce, Rock City Church Baltimore
