God’s Blessings in Israel by Dan Juster

Dan Juster, apostolic leader of Tikkun Ministries in Israel sends this report April 28:

Politically, Israel has been through three elections and we finally have a unity government of sorts. It seems that the virus pushed this into existence. Israel has done better than many countries. The restrictions have been severe, I think too severe. I am with those scientists here who believe we should not shutter the economy but keep the vulnerable separate and safe.

Actually no one in our town of 23,000 near Jerusalem has been sick!! It is amazing. And no one we know in our congregations has been sick. Strangely, the virus seems to have strengthened the Body here. All of the congregations in Tikkun Isarel (9) have been meeting by internet and the internet services are well attended.

There are breakout rooms so small groups are developing. There are children’s programs during the week. It is quite amazing. People really want to be together.

We are not the only network doing this. My son in law, Chad Holland, now leads the King of King’s network which is now much stronger and larger under his leadership. Their congregations are also following this pattern. We believe that the congregations will come through this stronger than before. Tikkun Israel also has a weekly leadership prayer meeting on line.

Our congregations do believe in a last days revival. We are really praying for an outpouring of the Spirit this Pentecost (which we call Shavuot-weeks).

Some of you might know that we were part of a world Passover alignment event that drew maybe up to 250,000, half live and the rest by recording. Prominent leaders from around the world, Asia, Africa, Middle East, the United States and South America connected. This advance was due to the shut down! Amazing.

Patty and I live with my daughter and her husband who is a businessman and co-leader of our Jerusalem congregation where I serve as an elder.

God Bless You all in ICAL.
Daniel Juster
