India Support Report from Chris Peterson

During these very uncertain and challenging times, Apostle Chris Peterson has been busy investing into a number of networks in Sub-Continent India utilizing the Zoom Platform.  One of these networks is the executive and senior presbytery of the Assemblies of God in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.  

Apostle Chris was invited to equip and empower their leaders by the Superintendent of these states. Rev Timothy Rao who is the brother-in-law of Pastor Prasad (ICAL Convenor for India) who is a member of his state team.   Over the past 3-4 months we have been meeting with them twice per week to systematically teach the Kingdom & Apostolic revelation, with outstanding feedback from all those who have been a part of the meetings.  We have also been staying connected with Dr. Mohan’s office in Chennai to keep him abreast of our ministry in the nation.

Some of the other networks we have had significant investment in during this COVID-19 epidemic are in Northern India, one encompassing leaders from 8 states and another with leaders from the Kolkata region.

We have also been assisting many of these pastors with emergency practical relief during their lock down as often they do not have government or family support.

 In addition to all of this, we have continued to build our relationships in the Pacific, most notably over the past 12 to 24 months in Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea.  We had been due to hold Kingdom/Apostolic conferences in both these countries this month but obviously due to the COVID-19 pandemic these have been postponed.
